Mission
The mission of the EnterpriseOhio Network Professional Development Resource Center is to provide quality learning opportunities and resources to assist the staff of the EnterpriseOhio Network institutions build capacity for success.
Vision
Building on its strategic role as a statewide model of collaboration and partnership, The EnterpriseOhio Network’s Professional Development Resource Center will be recognized as a key resource for the workforce development success of the University System of Ohio, the Ohio Board of Regents and the Ohio Department of Development.
The PDRC will achieve its mission and vision by achieving the following goals over the next two to five years:
- Facilitate opportunities for the EnterpriseOhio Network institutions, the Ohio Board of Regents and the Ohio Department of Development to explore, analyze and discuss opportunities and partnerships for achieving the strategic plans of all entities.
- Provide professional development opportunities that assist the EnterpriseOhio Network institutions in building capacity and meeting specific objectives of the Ohio Board of Regents and the Ohio Department of Development.
- Provide training and business resources that will assist the EnterpriseOhio Network institutions in meeting the workforce development objectives of the University System of Ohio.
- Perform special projects that aid and support the workforce development efforts of the EnterpriseOhio Network, the Ohio Board of Regents and the Ohio Department of Development.
